For those who have a sweet tooth, you may want to consider having dark chocolate every now and then. This is not something that you should eat everyday, but it is a great sweet that is high in calories, but also contains a lot of anti-oxidants. You will want to cut out all the other foods that are processed or high in fat. You will find that this diet can allow you to enjoy some of the things that you love without going over board. Everything could be acceptable, however, you have to learn how to portion your sizes and learn when to say no to those high in sugar-fat desserts.
